Terms of Trade Agreement
The use of the Aloe Up website is governed by the following policies. Placement of your order indicates you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Prices
Prices on this website are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST of 15%. Products sold to customers living outside of New Zealand may incur duties and taxes. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and these charge are not included in your order total.
Order Acceptance Policy
Aloe Up NZ does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers or other customers who intend to resell.
Stock Availability
All stock listed on the Aloe Up website is available for immediate dispatch. However in the unlikely event that our stock levels are not accurate and we are unable to supply immediately we will ring you to advise a delivery date or to organise a refund.
Payment
Credit card payments are through DPS Solutions – NZ’s leading credit card payment provide and offers the highest level of security.
Direct Payment via online banking is also available.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been made it can't be cancelled or altered.
