While we can all agree that Aloe up is the best Biodegradable & Reef Friendly sunscreen on the market, it’s also one of the best sunscreen brands at looking after adventure sports at a grass roots level.
Over the last few years we have been working hard to spread our brand message & values by supporting local sporting events & athletes. These events are not large scale glamour events full of sporting super stars but inclusive events that focus on participation as much as results. And the athletes they help out through sponsorship are not on multi-million dollar contracts, most of them have day jobs & take part in their chosen sport because it’s their passion.
Below is a selection of events & athletes that benefit from Aloe Up support.
Challenge Wanaka is without a doubt the prettiest triathlon in the world. Aloe Up Pro Sport SPF30 is provided for all 2000 athletes at every aid station throughout the course.

Real Swim Adventures believe that Swimming isn’t just about beating the person next to you but about personal challenges. The Real Swim Race Series is designed not to breed champions but to get adults active, give them confidence in open water & improve their overall fitness & water safety knowledge.

Every Year Vaka Eiva is one of the sporting highlights for the Cook Islands, bringing competitors & canoeing enthusiasts from around the world to the tiny island paradise. Because traditional canoe paddling is somewhat of a fringe sport, Vaka Eiva is just as much about bringing the international paddling community together as it is about trophies & champions. They even have a ‘Lost Paddlers Club’ for the event, where they match individual paddlers with teams that are missing one or two crew members.
All 400 paddlers will receive a tube of Pro Sport 30 and large pumps will be available for the participates.
We will be there taking photos and will post these on Facebook and Instagram as the events unfold.
